WELCOME, to my 100th or so incarnation of a blog. 
After living in Paris for the previous 4 months, I decided that I wanted to blog more about the curiosities and incidents that occurred to me in this dandy town, starting with the fact that today is the second Tuesday Public Holiday in a row. Last Mardi was Fête de Travailleurs (Labour day / Party of the Workers) and this time it is to celebrate the end of World War Two in Europe. Isn’t that cute? Which means I dont get to go for dance class or do grocery shopping .
